Furniture Donation at Kirimiri Special School;

Kirimiri Special School is a school within Kirimiri Primary School. The school provides boarding facilities and education for 30 children with mental disabilities. The furniture donated by Kakuzi is meant to help the school admit 20 more leaners who are in the admission waiting list.

Furniture Donation at Kitito Primary School;

Kitito Primary School like many other schools around, has a shortage of furniture and this effort is to address this shortage. This is part of Kakuzi's initiative to partner and help surrounding institutions to improve learning and education in the catchment community.  The teachers and pupils were very grateful for the kind gesture and continued effort in addressing the challenges facing surrounding schools.

Furniture Donation at Mithini Primary School;

This is the second donation by Kakuzi to Mithini Primary School in an effort to ensure leaners are comfortable while in class.  There is still a huge shortage and the school management requested for continued support.

Gatanga Sub-County School Prize Giving Day

Kakuzi partnered with Gatanga Sub-County for their annual education prize giving day, which took place on Friday August 15, 2019. They were rewarding students and teachers who excelled in their KCSE and KCPE examinations 2018. It is important to appreciate students who have performed exceptionally well in their academics. This encourages them to perform even better. This is an effort to encourage positive competition between schools and leaners.

County Career and Education Expo

This is an annual event organized by Murang’a County Education and Career Expo.  Approximately 2,500 students from schools in the county benefited from various speakers drawn from corporates, universities, colleges, and business enterprises on career choices and education. Kakuzi has sponsored the event since its inception in 2016 consequently positively impacting thousands of leaners

Mounting of Doors at Kinyangi Primary School 

Kinyangi is one of the schools within Kakuzi farm. The company donated and mounted class and office doors at Kinyangi primary school in an effort to school more secure and a better learning environment.

Construction of Guardhouse at Mithini secondary school 

Kakuzi has completed the construction of a gatehouse at Mithini Secondary School.  The construction completes the fencing of the school compound to improve security and ensure a learning environment where there is controlled access

Installation of Kakuzi Primary School Gate   

This donation will ensure that the school is secure and that there is restricted access by community members who have been passing through the school compound.

Furniture Donation to Makuyu Primary School;

Makuyu School is a school within Maragua sub-county located next to the farm at horticulture west operations. The school is a public primary school with a population of 408 learners. The furniture donated by Kakuzi will help the school ease the congestion occasioned by shortage of desks in the school.

Furniture Donation to Kinyangi Primary School;

Like many other schools around, the school has a shortage of furniture and this effort is to address this shortage. This is part of Kakuzi's initiative to improve learning and education standards in the surrounding community schools. The teachers and pupils were grateful for the kind gesture and continued effort from Kakuzi in helping the school mitigate the shortage it has in terms of infrastructure.

Furniture Donation to Kimorori Primary School;

Kimorori primary school is in Maragua sub-county, located in Kenol next to the sub-county education office. This effort is aimed at ensuring leaners have comfort while in class.  These schools still have a huge shortage and request for our continued support.
