CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT 2020

Covid-19 Response

We partnered with the Murang’a County government to fumigate market and open spaces in the county. This was done by providing the county with two tractors and Jacto boom sprayers. We continue to get these requests and we respond to them appropriately

The company also donated three intensive care unit beds, six patient monitors, six syringe pumps, one thousand coveralls, ten thousand surgeon caps, one hundred N95 respirators, one hundred safety goggles, and three thousand surgical masks to the county government of Murang’a.

Face masks

The company has issued all employees with reusable face masks for use while in public places and at work. This intervention is in addition to continued social distancing and proper hygiene practices that we have sensitized our employees to observe.

The company also donated 1,000 reusable facemask to motorcycle riders within the community. This is to ensure that they are protected from the risk of infection.
