Ngatho spring access

An approximately 3M wide access road to Ngatho spring was granted by the company. This access will ensure that the community has access to spring water for their domestic use.

Wariunga Spring Repairs

The spring that serves Bahati community (of about 200 households) with drinking water, originates from Kakuzi farm.  The spring was rehabilitated by Kakuzi to continue supplying the community.

Sanitation facilities in Kakuzi Primary School

Kakuzi as part of our on going campaign to ensure children have access to Quality education, constructed latrines and installed a hand washing tank at Kakuzi Primary School.

Wariunga and Kinyangi community water projects

Kakuzi strives to enhance community development and poverty alleviation within adjacent communities through the sustainable use of the available resources and the disbursement of conservation benefits. We engage in Community water development project/schemes which make a considerable difference to the communities.

Wariunga and Kinyangi springs renovation is complete, the springs serves over 200 families and two primary schools. This is an effort towards attainment of SDG 6 on ensuring availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.
