Employment of Female Guards and Promotion of Female Lead Guards
Over the last few months, Kakuzi’s security department has undergone numerous changes that focused on introducing soft skills and moving our focus to observe and report.
We have been working to increase the number of female security guards and the number of female lead guards. This has seen the recruitment of about 200 new female guards and the promotion of 12 female guards to lead guards.
The purpose of this is to promote gender equality as well as the enhancement of the human face in our security department.
Our security guards also undergo Human Rights training and sensitization to enhance our commitment to Business and Human Rights Principles.
