It has come to our notice that some individuals in Murang’a County are purporting to sell portions of Kakuzi land to unsuspecting members of the public.

TAKE NOTICE that Kakuzi IS NOT SELLING OR DONATING any of its property.  At the just-concluded Kakuzi 98th Annual General Meeting (AGM), Kakuzi shareholders expressed their concern at ongoing efforts by external parties to expropriate their assets.

The shareholders consequently tasked the firm’s Board and management with pursuing all legal mechanisms at their disposal to secure the company’s landholdings and related assets.

Anybody undertaking to purchase, lease, occupy, use or deal with any part of such land shall do so at their own risk, and Kakuzi shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered.

If you are approached with an offer for sale or have any inquiries, please contact us immediately. Remember, any land transaction involving Kakuzi’s land is unauthorised and illegal.
